i keep seeing comments about idiopathic CD4+ T lymphocytopenia, does anyone know what it is and it seems odd that people would have low t-cells without detection of HIV. what causes it? inquiring minds want to know

Chemotherapy, cancer, low blood , and many more too numerous to mention. It is like asking what causes headaches?

low blood, cancer, and chemo are the effect of ICL not the cause. So what are the other numerous causes?
