arm pit swelling

So, I've been palpating my armpit a lot recently (kinda OCDish I guess) feeling for lumps. No lumps there or my groin, but they're starting to hurt a bit, and possibly swell (it's been 4 weeks since a possible contact with HIV--didn't know the partners status and can't find him to find out--he said he was clean) But anyway. I'm wondering if the pressure I'm putting on these areas would be enough to cause general swelling and pain b/c I've been pushing kinda hard feeling for enlarged nodes. I think I'm getting some symptoms of nerve compression. Any thoughts?

2 years ago when i was going through all this, i felt around in my armpits for lumps too. They got sore and puffy from me pushing on them, so my advice is leave them be, and just get tested at 12 weeks for a conclusive result.

yes me too i have done the exact same thing looking for the nodes...havent found any but yes they hurt! going to do my home access test tomorrow and yes i think i have it just as many do and i do think i have caused alot of symptoms? we will see?
