AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE AND TESTING RESULTS?

If you had an autoimmune disorder and didnt know it and you tested 18 weeks post exposure could your results still be negative? I've heard that if you had an autoimmune disorder it wouldn't cause a negative but either an intermediate or false positive. What's the truth?

you would know if you had a autoimmune disease 99% of the time
