HIV & Hepatitis Treatment Educator

NATAP is a non-profit corporation with 501(c)3 Federal tax status. Its
mission is to educate individuals about HIV and hepatitis treatment as well
as to advocate on behalf of people living with HIV/AIDS. NATAP Treatment
Education Programs include NATAP Reports newsletter and treatment web site
(www.natap.org) and additional programs.

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals with working
knowledge of HIV/AIDS.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

**Conducting treatment education sessions
**Writing newsletter articles
**Maintaining a database of files for each site
**Conducting outreach to develop relationships with various
organizations
**Administrative tasks that support NATAP efforts, as identified and
assigned by the Director of Treatment
**Education Programs

Qualifications:

**Knowledge of HIV/AIDS treatment and advocacy
**Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
**At least 3 years experience working in AIDS services
**Knowledge of city wide ASOs
**BA preffered
**Knowledge of Macintosh OS (& Microsoft office)
**Bilingual spanish a plus
