FROST'D, The Foundation for Research on Sexually Transmitted Diseases (also known to our clients as From Our Streets with Dignity) seeks applicants for the following positions:
REFERRAL COORDINATOR: Will develop a referral network of mental health, housing, and social service providers; provide follow up case management services; some escort services as needed. Prior social service experience needed. Associated Degree, or enrollment, required. Spanish speaking a plus.

OUTREACH COUNSELOR: Mobile street outreach as part of a small team, to reduce spread of HIV through outreach and providing education/harm reduction/syringe exchange to an active substance abusing population. Requires friendly and outgoing personality, ability to work with a team, compassion and knowledge of substance using and injection drug using communities. High School Diploma required.
