Asian & Pacific Islander Wellness Center needs a Women's Health Educator
The Women's Health Educator provides outreach, individual counseling, group facilitation, referrals, peer-based HIV prevention services, advocacy and Prevention Case Management to the Asian & Pacific Islander Women. This work requires interaction with women working in massage parlors who are at high risk for HIV/STDs, experience multiple barriers to services, need multiple linkages to care, and who require extensive individual risk reduction to prevent HIV/STDs infection. This position requires some evening and weekend hours. Vietnamese and Korean speaker are strongly encouraged to apply. visit us: www.apiwellness.org
