I am looking for opportunities to present on my Doctor of Ministry Thesis (Howard University School of Divinity, 2001), "Pastoral Care of Sexual Minorities Living with HIV/AIDS in the Black Church." Chapters in my dissertation include: Christian Sexual Ethics, The Scripture and Homosexuality, and Sexual Healing and HIV/AIDS in the Black Church." I believe that this important and ground breaking work will evoke the kind of theological, ethical, and pastoral reflection that not only enriches the churchs' witness in community, but also empowers traditional congregations to be effective agents of inclusion, reconciliation, and the Love of God that affirms the value and dignity of all people.
