Description:
The International Health Group is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Policy/Legal Specialist on an HIV/AIDS in the Workplace program. The position will involve technical oversight of up to ten overseas projects in collaboration with foreign governments, businesses and labor to produce workplace policies aimed at reducing discriminatory practices that affect people living with HIV/AIDS. This global program will include projects in Africa, Asia, Eastern and Central Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. The incumbent will report directly to the program director.
Qualifications: A minimum of three years of professional experience with employment discrimination law and HIV/AIDS workplace-based preventive education or related workplace safety and health education projects. Ability to travel 25% to 35% . Foreign language and an advanced degree in relevant field preferred.
