Since testing positive i have started having sharp pains in my hands and elbow areas, has anyone one else ever had this?
If so what did they do?

Have you tried seeing a chiropractor. It may help. I'm not a doctor but it may be as simple as a vertabrae out of alignment. I see a chiropractor all the time and he does wonders for my neck and back.

There are multitudinous causes for the discomfort you are experiencing. See a Dr.

You did not indicate if you are on medications (cocktail) or not. Some meds can cause neuropathy. Otherwise, it is possible that you have swelling in lymph nodes putting pressure on nerves in your arms. Ask your MD.
