Came out in 1972, have been HIV+ since 1986, am healthy long-term non-progressor - looking for other guys like me who've outlived their social circle and are having a hard time making new friends. just writing to let you konow that there are some great Poz social groups in DC. They go at, have partis, ect. It's a great way to meat Poz friends.

Hey Guy,
I just found / joined this website. What a relief!! I have been looking for a way to meet other people like me. I've been + since 1985. I've outlived all my friends and finding it hard to meet and get close to anyone new. I've got a few friends that aren't infected and they are great, but, it's hard to talk to them about AIDS related problems that I am experiencing.
Just to give you a little backgroung... I'm 54 yrs old and lonely at times. I had 8 great years with a man that is still the love of my life. We no longer live together but are still the best of friends. Anything else you want to know just ask. Again I hope to hear from you sometime.

I have been Poz since 1983, and I know what you mean. I don't have any Poz friends, since my best friend died 3 years ago. I would like to meet some other long term Poz guys too. I live in DC.

Hello. I am looking for other Poz guys to chat with. I have been poz for over 20 years and I also have chronic Hep B. Fortunately, I take no meds and my numbers are all normal. i'd love to hear form other long termers. Thanks.
