hiv meds and "sreet" drugs

hi
has anyone experienced drugs like ecstasy, coke or ketamine while on HIV meds. Is this affecting the treatment ???

There is actually a lot of stuff written about this...some of these drugs intensify HIV meds...some make them less potent. Look through this section:

NOT TO BE A STICK IN THE MUD, I'VE HAD MY SHARE OF REC DRUGS AND ALCOHOL BEFORE BECOMING HIV+. EVEN IF THERE WERE NO "DRUG" INTERACTION, WHY WOULD YOU DO ANYTHING THAT IS CLINICALLY KNOWN TO BE DETRIMENTAL TO YOUR HEALTH WHEN YOUR BODY IS ALREADY FIGHTING FOR SURVIVAL. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE CURED. YOU HAVE A CRONIC, LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS. ISN'T THAT REASON ENOUGH TO TAKE THE BEST CARE YOU CAN OF YOUR BODY? WHY DON'T YOU DO SOME RESEARCH ON YOUR "STREET" DRUGS TO SEE IF THEY ARE GOOD FOR ANYONE, LET ALONE SOMEONE WHO IS HIV+?
