Lipodystrophy and hair loss

Currently I am on Ziagen, Kaletra and Viread but prior to this I have been on various other medications. I have lipodystrophy in my stomach (severely bloated). I have a hairy body except on my belly which has now does not have any hair on it. My doctor says that that is what sometimes happens. I am just wondering does anyone else have this?

It happened on my head, not stomach. They don't know which drug really causes it.

Went thru simular side effects with lipoatrophy ( lost all body fat) and noticed body hair loss and hair thinning out. I believe the culprit for hair loss is connected to Crixivan because it started right after I started taking it and after switching to another PI my hair miraculously has come back to its old self. As for the lipodystrophy it could possibly be the commbination of several drugs over a period of time. Diet & exercise may help some. Good Luck
