is it true that there are no risks for insertive oral sex? all of this talk about hiv infections through oral sex, have been receptive oral sex right? meaning the person whose mouth is on the genital is at risk. not the person who is recieving oral sex? what is the risk for insertive oral sex?

The answer all depends on what you choose to believe.
According to the CDC..
Transmission through Oral-Penile Contact There is a theoretical risk of HIV transmission for the receptive partner because infected pre-ejaculate fluid or semen can get into the mouth. For the insertive partner, there is a theoretical risk of infection because infected blood from a partner's bleeding gums or an open sore could come in contact with a scratch, cut, or sore on the penis. Although the risk is many times smaller than anal or vaginal sexual intercourse, it has been documented that HIV has been transmitted to receptive partners through fellatio, even in cases when insertive partners did not ejaculate.
According to the people like TerryD and Mkultra and the others from AidsRC. There is no risk because there is no such thing as HIV or AIDS. (I know, pretty scarry and risky thinking in my opinion)
All I can say is to use your best judgement, read the articles on the body.com. Check out Ask.com and even read Aidsrc. There's nothing wrong with looking at different prospectives. I think the biggest thing I can say is know your partner. If you know who your having sex with then you are a lot less at risk. (well sometimes)
