hello there!!!
Its nice to hear that u have been through the DARK and came the other end!! It would be nice to talk to someone who has been there before! i did not have any problems so far, but i am scared to death to have any complications and i might need to start medication pretty soon, so i am really scared!! and i dont know what to do!!

Greetings! Do you know of any online chat groups that discuss medication adherence? I was advised to attend support groups at a local community center, but I know myself and I am not one to sit around in a group. I am looking for support/tips on maintaining a consistent pattern of taking meds and just conversing with others about being positive ( I have been poz for 15 yrs) and really have not spoken to "peers" about it - just doctors and family
