Just curious as to how much Hiv meds cost. I get mine free but was curious as to where i could find a list of the meds and the price of them.

They cost around $10,000 + a year. Just act as if you are buying them in drugstore.com or some other place and you'll see! In the U.S. they are real expensive!

im on atripla, once day a day, with my insurance its only 25$, without insurance its like 1600$, a bit pricy, these med companies are robbing us......

My meds are around $2,000 a month retail - I'm on Norivr, Atazanavir, Viread, Reyetaz, Dapsone and Amitryptiline. With my prescription drug plan the cost to me is around $60 a month.
There are a lot of buying cooperatives, Ryan White funds, state drug aid, MediCare/Caid as well as some of the drug companies that will help with the cost of your meds.
All of the meds are miraculous poisons so it is vital that you don't add to the load your liver is under by smoking, drinking and taking recreational drugs. You have to follow a low cholesterol diet and you have to have a full blood panel and liver function done at least every three months.

Now Eric, selling prescription drugs at auction? There is a type of auction called a Dutch auction that was designed to sell fish and flowers in which the price starts high and then decreases until all the lots are sold. Maybe everyone could hold out until the price became affordable and then glom on.
Of course we would all have to cooperate for the model to work and trust is the right devil to achieve.

I am a nurse, and I had a patient who received his med through the health department, and his meds were free.
