Whoowha... Dont jump the gun here! I am sure people with way more experience on ths board will reply but first, are you seeing a HIV doctor? Call your local Aids Project and get advise but jezz, dont cash it in yet!!!
Love and Prayers.

You don't need to jump to such drastic steps. Technically, yes, you have AIDS because your t-cells are below 200, but there are MANY MANY people who have bounced back from those levels and continued on with their lives as normal (me included!). A year ago this month I was diagnosed with toxoplasmosis and PML, and I'm still here. I take two pills once per day with very few if any side effects. I was even back at the gym working out with my trainer in only a few weeks time. Do not give up.
I agree with EricCO, if you're not seeing an HIV specialist, then you need to! There's no reason you can't recover and live out a normal life. If any medical practitioner is telling you otherwise, then dump them and get a qualified doctor who is trained in HIV!

Wooo nelly.. you need to slow it down... you are going to be okay. You need to see an Infectious Disease Doc and get on a cocktail. Trust me, you'll see vast improvement in your counts within 4 months. Please don't go all crazy... have confidence in yourself and maintain a postive attitude.. Things will be better once you see the doc and have a better understanding of whats going on.
Hang in there!!
