Well to answer your question there are more heterosexuals in this world infected with hiv than homo-sexuals... but, if your a top whose been infecting all the bottoms? Figure?

Insertive anal is very dangerous due to the fact the pressure being placed on the ureter of the penis. (Where urine and semen are discharged.) Blood can enter the ureter and thus HIV can enter the body.

You can DEFINITELY contract HIV from unprotected insertive anal sex...this is what happened to me. Don't take any chances, use a condom. Those minutes of sexual pleasure are not worth a lifetime infection.

Worldwide, yes there are more heterosexual cases than homosexual cases.

Only in North America, England, Austrilia, some parts of south america are there mroe gay people. As far as the rest of the world, ASIA most of UK africa the Islands (jamaica,...etc) have much higher rates with Hetrosexuals then Homos. So yes thre are more HETROS and also women now make up about 50% of HIV positive cases world wide
