HIV Plus Magazine writer seeks interviewees...
      #132860 - 01/12/05 05:20 PM

I'm working on an article for HIV Plus Magazine that examines the plusses and the pitfalls of HIV-related information that can be found on the Internet. While there are some very good sources of reliable information (like Aegis.com, the CDC Web site, etc.), there's also a lot of dubious information and suggested treatments/supplements that are either useless or could pose a hazard to HIV-positive people. I'm looking for HIV-positive people who had an experience where online HIV/AIDS information either benefitted or had negative effects upon their health/situation (either by being misinformed about their disease and its treatment or even treatment problems/unhealthy behaviors caused by bad information found online).

If you think you have a story/experience to share, please contact me ASAP by email at lawrencewferber@hotmail.com.

thank you!

If you want you can send me your questions unless you are in Los Angeles, then you may even get a chance to ask in person, LOL.
