Watersports and fisting

Hi all,
When I was first diagnosed + (about a year ago), I did not want to, or have any desire to have sex at all. With time though that has changed and I have recently had a few sexual encounters (Super safe ones).
The one thing I have noticed though is that my sexual tastes have become a lot kinkier than ever before. I had never even given watersport or fisting a second thought but now..... they seem to have become a consuming passion. I think of it constantly.
I neither want to put myself in any danger not do I want to pass on this virus to anyone.
Have there been any studies or are there any opinions concerning either of these two activities?

Fisting is considered very risky because of tearing of skin.

I would not recommend fisting while on waterskis.......but oral while rafting...maybe
