NO/AIDS task Force is recruiting participants to take an anonymous online survey.
The survey is completely anonymous, you don't have to give any personal information about who you are or anything. This survey is a series of questions about your education, income, demographic characteristics, sexual behaviors, HIV status etc.
The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete; just take some time to fill it out—it will be a huge help to our community.
If you want your name to be entered for a chance to win one of the five $100 prizes, you will have to provide us with some contact information. Providing your personal information is optional; however, to be eligible to win one of the five $100 prizes for participating, we'll need at least an email address.
