Hello, Thanks for the time and effort you have been putting in to enlighten others.
I had a concern. I recently had an encounter with a HIV positive girl. As we did not have any condoms we decide to not to have penetrative sex. We did oral and I fingered her. After finishing up I realised I had cuts on fingers from early that morning. They are not actively bleeding at the time of encounter
Am I at risk of contracting hiv?
Please help

The answer is no, your not at risk. Scabbed over cuts or superficial cuts aren't a good conductor for transmission of HIV. If you are still concerned you can get tested, but if this is your only encounter than the results will most likely be negative and will only help give you peace of mind.
