condom broke

Been with my boyfriend foe a year now he is hiv positive i am not .A week ago we where making love I was the bottom this session, when finish we notice the condom had broke. I am reseined to the fact that i have been exposed. I always get tested every three months anyway but the next 6 months to a year will be different.. .One thing I know is we love each other and have always felt safe being with him, that will not change. He is healthy and undetectable wonder if that make a different?

from what im led to beleive, there is always a chance to get anything when a break occurs.the possible up side is the fact hes undetectable and on medication(im guessing). it may be of some help, but for my money i would get tested, and retested, just for knowledge by facts, not hope. there is no going back, but going forward its better to know your status. by doing this knowledgably, you better your chances of fighting something the sooner you know versus waiting and letting it go without knowing at all.see a doc for tests. good luck
