Timothy Wilkin, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Wilkin received his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1996. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Chicago Hospitals in 1999, and an infectious diseases fellowship at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in 2002. In May of 2002 Dr. Wilkin received his M.P.H. from Columbia University. Dr. Wilkin's research to date has focused on an array of HIV-related topics. He has presented at several major HIV conferences on issues ranging from anal lesions in HIV-positive men to the efficacy of darunavir in treatment experienced patients. His latest research project is a NIAID-funded study investigating anal human papillomavirus infection in HIV-positive and HIV-negative men. |
