| Ohio specific employment rights Dec 12, 1997 I am curoius about the specificity of the laws of individual states regarding the ADA and other protective measures. My friend has yet to tell his employer of his HIV status, but plans to do so after returning to work after an extensive hospital stay. Where can I go to find information that is Ohio specific and how much do laws vary from state to state? |

Response from Ms. Breuer
There are two resources in Ohio you can contact: (1) Columbus AIDS Task Force (614) 488-2437; and (2) Cleveland Bar Association Volunteer Program (216) 696-3525. Either agency can answer your questions about ADA and state laws or refer you to a volunteer who can. -- David Grunwald | |||||||||
