HIV+RN,SSDI,diffuculty returning to work
Oct 23, 2001

I am a well educated RN. There is a huge nursing shortage. My disability was based on PN. I have applied for a State position and they are demanding from my MD information regarding "possible scratches and human bites" as a potential for the workplace I have applied. Have read all I can find - but I don't seem to have a leg to stand on/ Help

Response from Ms. Franzoi

This was referred to me but I don't have an answer. I can't imagine what the concerns of the employer are for a nurse. Can you help with this?
