What suggestions could you make in addressing a manager urgently in relation to an incident where his employees walked off site when they found out one of their colleagues was HIV positive?
Response from Ms. Franzoi
The reason the employees walked off of the job is probably due to fear which is the result of lack of knowledge about HIV and AIDS. To address this, you need to immediately set up some AIDS in the Workplace training sessions and then establish an ongoing training program.
