I will be moving to El Paso, Tx from Stockton, CA. this fall, I already have medical, medicare, SSDI and ADAP from the State of CA. So I will have to apply in TX.I don't want to move or leave CA. but it has become way too expensive too live here, so I found that City, cuz it was a lot cheaper to live than in CA. What can I expect? what will happen to my Medical & ADAP? I know every state is different?

In terms of your Medi-Cal, you need to contract your Medi-Cal worker and advise him/her of your move. While I'm not the expert on public benefits, it is my understanding that if Medi-Cal is given advance notice, they can temporarily honor charges while your application for Medicaid in Texas is pending.
