my wife is moving to usa how do I find info of how to pay for her meds,,their free in her country,,is their agencys,etc.that pay for her meds in usa,,who do I call for info

There are a variety of strategies for obtaining HIV medications, but much depends on the specifics of your income, insurance and locality.
I'd suggest speaking to a local AIDS service organization for specific advice.

Also, the federal government gives money to each state for an AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). These programs can vary substantially among the states. Do a browser search for "ADAP (and the name of the state your wife is moving to)". Most state ADAP programs have a website that will give more details.
Also, your wife may be eligible for health insurance under the new health care law, depending on the reason she is in the U.S.
