 You need to first check with the statutes in your state. There is a remote possibility there may be some restrictions there, but I doubt it. While this was an issue in the early years, it is well settled that HIV is not an easy infection to get outside direct contact such as sex or unsterilized needles. As a result those discriminatory laws and practices have been overturned and prohibited. There are HIV+ phlebotomists, nurses,and dentists. Naturally, you will want to take extra precautions in case of a cut, cut it should not be an issue to becoming cook. Good luck, Jacques | ||||||||
