|Is this HSV2 or HIV as well?
Feb 25, 2013
Diagnosed with HSV2 in 03/2011. Since diagnosis I have been battling chronic, swollen, sometimes painful lymph nodes, groin and lower back pain and occasional uncontrollable headaches. I also have a swollen area in the back of my mouth which forms small blister like sores on surface. These issues are daily and do not go away. Multiple tests for all other STDs came back negative. Only took one HIV test back in March 2011, negative as well. Docs have found that I have slightly low levels of igg2 and pneumococcal levels - gave me pneumonia vaccine and must retest levels. Can all these new issues be attributed to HSV2 or is this HIV? Please please advise.
