|How to make the work place

How can the management make the work place "friendly" for their staff who are HIV+ or have AIDS? What should be the maximum no. of hours in a week that they should be required to work? What structural environments should be provided so that they can work to their optimum level? Is going in and out of an AC room bad for them? Is using public transport endangering their health further? Anything else????

Each case is different. You should work closely with the individual to determine what is reasonable and helpful for him/her. There is no standard. Treat him/her in the same manner you would treat anyone else with a serious illness and make the accommodation to fit the situation.
