health insurance coverage in Europe

I just found out I'm hiv + and have been planning to go to school in Germany. I need to obtain a health insurance in the U.S. that would cover me in Europe. Could you recommend any health insurance providers that wouldn't discriminate and have me covered during my studies in Europe?
