TERM LIFE Oct 24, 2008 Your response is you think yes??? Why think? This is an imp question and you need to find out the correct legal answer or say you don;'t know. I am HIV+ with a normal functioning immune system. I was recently completing an application for Term Life Insurance and was asked the following yes/no question: "Have you been diagnosed as having AIDS, AIDS Related Complex (ARC) or any other disorder of your immune system?" Should I answer yes or no to this question? Response from Ms. Franzoi I think the answer would be yes. |

 I cannot tell you how to answer a question. It is clear to me that the question is referring to an illness that affects your immune system. Being HIV+ would qualify as having an impaired immunne system. I would answer yes. | |||||||||
