Starting Treatment - How to handle working ?
Jan 15, 2008

My work colleagues will notice something wong when side effects hit. I will never tell hem what is going on and want to know what excuse can I give them ? I am in PR and am on stage 4 days per week.Cheers

Response from Ms. Breuer

IF side effects hit. Not everyone experiences side effects, and most side effects last only a week or two. Just tell them you're not feeling well, but you're sure you'll feel better soon. Then change the subject. The fact that they ask doesn't mean that you owe them an answer. Most people respect a clear boundary, especially about something as personal as health.
