what qualifies? Mar 6, 2006 i live and work in california. my numbers are good, t-cells 750 and viral load of 11,000. i been working fulltime but feel i am too exhausted to continue. i have been depressed for atleast a month. my test's show i should be healthy as a horse but feel otherwise to a degree that is dibilitaing. would i even qualify? i've got ADAP and ryan white but no other insurance to speak of. what constitutes disability? |

 You need a good disability/benefits counselor, and you need him/her now. Please ask the nurse or physician's assistant at the medical practice where you get your care this question. If that person can't answer, please contact a large AIDS service organization in your state, or www.helpwithbenefits.com. Every case of disability is handled uniquely. | |||||||||
