|how contagious is it
Mar 1, 2006
I was wondering how contagious the disease is. I understand on the website that it can be done through sexual intercourse or blood. but what about saliva, or if someone sneezes?
Response from Ms. Breuer
Good news. No transmission through saliva. No transmission through sneezing. Kiss and sneeze away.
Okay, that's out of the way. Now it's time to fill in the blanks with solid information about how HIV really IS transmitted, so you can protect yourself. There's great information on transmission available at this site--go for it!
Thank you for your reply...
I was with someone who had passed away from AIDS but my test results keep coming back negative, it's been eight years since last contact.Does that mean I'm okay or it just as't showed up in my blood yet.
