| Violation of my privacy by my health insurance company Aug 17, 2004 I was the person who asked about violation of privacy by my health insurance company on Aug. 14. [Editor's Note: Click here to read this person's previous question.] They have admitted their mistake and I wonder what my options are. |

Response from Ms. Breuer
You are in a strong position to prevent this from happening to others. I would ask THEM what they're willing to do to avoid legal action on your part. You could see this as an opportunity for a personal bonanza. Better yet, you could demand an internal policy change that would prevent this from happening again and a generous contribution to your local AIDS service center. How much positive impact are you willing to have? | |||||||||
