 In one word, here's my opinion on whether HIV-positive military service members should either go to war or be medically retired: irrelevant. I don't set military policy, so all I can do is advise people who happen to be subject to it. I can be much more helpful about civilian employment, but military policy is completely out of my realm. | |||||||||
