unjustified termination lawsuit
Sep 15, 2003

I have a work related injury and was terminated from my place of employment. I have a suit pending against my former employer with the state workers comp commisioners office to make a final determination on impairment. Am I able to sue for unjustified termiination before the industrial commisioner or will I need to persue this action through the civil court system?

Response from Ms. Breuer

That is definitely a question for an attorney, not for a volunteer on this site who isn't a lawyer. None if us here is a lawyer. I encourage you to pursue the question with your attorney.
