Gathering legal history of AIDS insurance coverage
Jul 31, 2003
Dear Ms. Breuer: From my very preliminary research, I see that health benefits provided by employers in the U.S. have changed quite a bit over the last decade. Where might I find a more comprehensive history of this legal issue?
Response from Ms. Breuer
Great question. I would start at the website www.helpwithbenefits.com and follow links from there. Jacques Chambers, who runs the website, is one of my benefits gurus and has been in the field since the early stages of the epidemic. If you don't have success at his website or its links, I suggest emailing your question to him directly at the "contact us" link on the site.
