I have a friend who has been working hostile conditions for several years. This person is female latina, middled aged with a Business Admin. degree, bilingual,has been with company for the last ten years and trained this very young man to do his job.
Her immediate supervisor has dedicated himself to creating a hostile work enviorment for those he wishes to do with-out. She recently bought it to the attention of HR head and found little or no support.
Does she have a basis for a hostile work enviorment case?
