I have a friend who has been working hostile conditions for several years. This person is female latina, middled aged with a Business Admin. degree, bilingual, has been with company for the last ten years and trained this very young man to do his job.
Her immediate supervisor has dedicated himself to creating a hostile work enviorment for those he wishes to do with-out. She recently bought it to the attention of HR head and found little or no support.
Does she have a basis for a hostile work enviorment case?

We are a site specific to HIV, and are not lawyers. This question really needs legal advice.
