Bushes Drug Numbers
Feb 2, 2003

In his recent state of the Union Address, President Bush note that drugs for the treatment of HIV/AIDS ave come down in cost from around 12000 to nearly 300 a year per patient. Given that I pay 300.00 in one month for a single presciption of my triple "cocktail", would you be so kind as to tell me which planet these numbers came from so I can hop on the first shuttle.

Signed- soon to be without Health Ins. in DC

Response from Ms. Breuer

Planet Bush. Believing a speechmaker who didn't do the homework on the numbers himself is always a high risk activity, isn't it?
