| hiv court cases moneytary awards based on wrongfull termination by eeoc Sep 19, 2002 in april of 1999 i tested positive for hiv-i filed a grievance with the state eeoc-recieved a determination just this december that there was reasonable cause to believe that i was fired due to my hiv status-please i need specific court renderings of monetary settlements-help me please-i cant find anything on eeoc website or on the lamda site-please help me. thank you!!!!!!!! |
