CAn you please give me some information about insurance cost for a company with a worker with AIDS, and what the rules for a company that has an employee with AIDS~~This information would GREATLY help me so please give me as much as possible. Thanks for your time.

If the company is offering a group plan, there should be no need to provide medical evidence on one employee. The plan might be community-rated like many HMO's are. However, the cost for insurance will depend on the size of the company, i.e., how many people will be covered under the plan and if you have a plan in place. the plan experience for prior years. You should contact an insurance broker to get some quotes on the cost of a group medical plan.
