| Temporary work and Medical insurance Aug 1, 2000 I am considering changing my full-time employment to work with temporary agencies. If the agency offers medical benefits, could I be disqualified? I am diagnosed with AIDS and am healthy, my problem is I am resistant to all current meds and my doctor is referring me to experimental research, of which will seem to interfere with a full-time employment situation. Any information would be greatly appreciated. |

Response from Ms. Franzoi
If the temporary agency offers health care benefits and you meet the eligibility requirements, regardless of your health status, you should be eligible for coverage. Check the eligibility requirements that the agency has for health care benefits to see if you will qualify. Lynn | |||||||||
