On Hold!...what next?....
Jan 14, 2005

Was put on hold because of false +ve marijuana in urine. Did carry note to show that i was on meds. that would cause false +ve results but was pressured to reveal meds to doctor and now iam on hold....what next? Been +ve and asymptomatic.

Response from Ms. Breuer

Not sure what you mean by "on hold." Do you mean they haven't followed through on the job offer? If so, I recommend a genuinely curious phone call to the person who interviewed you, asking about what the holdup seems to be. After a job offer has been made, withdrawing it because of a disability would be a violation of the ADA. Don't let them sit there hoping you'll just go away. Ask!
