Just diagnised and applying for persanal Health Insurance

Exactly 6 months ago my employer (Very small company-Mozambique) decided to pay for my health insurance, recently diagnosed - 2 wks ago, new infection, because ive been doing the test every six months for the last two years, and the of the last test first came indeterminate, anyway,called insurance company and my employer has not been making payments..I need to change the policy to personal, and will have to sign new forms, of course there is HIV Q in it, and i know they dont ask it out of compassion and a need to help out down here. what are my options? and do I respond to this question?

You need to respond honestly. Failure to do so could result in cancellation (at a minimum) retroactive to the effective dat.
