Response from Dr. Aberg

Treatment is available in both India and Thailand but I do not know the specifics regarding cost or payments. There is a company in India called Cipla that makes generic drugs including some of the antiretrovirals. Again, I do not know the specifics.
I would recommend that you contact the University clinics in either country for information on the costs. Not all of the companies selling medications in the United States are available worldwide so again, I suggest you contact the university clinics to get an up to date list on which medications are available.
