Americans with Disabilities Act (the law that protects people with disabilities, including HIV/AIDS, from discrimination in employment, public accommodations and housing)
HIV+legal rights
HIV/AIDS discrimination + (country)
No worldwide law exists concerning HIV and AIDS.
Just searching these topics will take you to a huge set of resources about legal rights of persons with HIV. They vary widely from country to country.
